CodeOfCore is a mixed martial arts (MMA) community for fans to discuss fighters, events, stats, and news. These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on the Platform. They supplement our Terms and Conditions and are intended to help keep the Platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
By using CodeOfCore, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.
1. Respect Other Users
Use the Platform respectfully. Healthy debate, disagreement, and strong opinions about MMA are allowed. Abuse is not.
Do not:
- harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users;
- target people with hateful, degrading, or discriminatory language;
- use slurs or promote hate against individuals or groups;
- encourage dogpiling, abuse campaigns, or repeated unwanted contact;
- impersonate another person, fighter, brand, organization, or public figure.
2. No Objectionable or Harmful Content
Do not post, upload, share, or promote content that is abusive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
This includes, without limitation:
- hate speech or slurs;
- threats of violence or encouragement of harm;
- sexually explicit content or sexual exploitation;
- non-consensual intimate content;
- graphic violent content posted to shock, glorify violence, or encourage harm;
- spam, scams, fraud, deceptive promotions, or misleading activity;
- unlawful content or content that encourages illegal activity;
- content intended to exploit, abuse, or endanger others.
3. Keep Content Relevant and Honest
CodeOfCore is for MMA-related discussion and community participation.
Do:
- post authentic opinions, discussion, and relevant community content;
- share factual information responsibly;
- keep discussions tied to the purpose of the Platform.
Do not:
- post misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content;
- spam repetitive, low-quality, or irrelevant posts;
- manipulate engagement or use fake accounts;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
4. User Profiles and Account Integrity
Your account information must be truthful and not misleading.
Do not:
- create fake or deceptive accounts;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use abusive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames, display names, bios, or profile content;
- attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or feature.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Safety Tools
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines or our Terms, use the available safety tools.
You may:
- report posts or users;
- block users;
- hide content where available;
- contact us at support@codeofcore.com for safety-related concerns.
We review reports and may take action, including content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans.
6. Enforcement
We may review, filter, restrict, remove, or refuse content, and we may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or that otherwise create risk or harm to the Platform, our users, or the public.
Enforcement may include, without limitation:
- removal of posts, profiles, images, videos, comments, or messages;
- temporary feature restrictions;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent account termination;
- preservation or disclosure of information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
We may use a combination of automated tools and manual review to detect, review, and enforce against prohibited content and abusive behavior.
7. Age Requirement
CodeOfCore is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
8. Privacy and Data
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use the Platform.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
